Oneway

Imaging driving down the road and you come to a yellow road sign with a curvy arrow. What is this? It's a sign warning the driver to slow down, the road ahead is curvy. Does your life ever feel like this? I know my life always seems to to feel like this. A situation comes up and you don't know what the outcome will be down the road. You start to freak out and try to come up with a solution right away. All along Jesus is wispering, "slow down, it will be o.k.". After you have racked your brain and lost your cool, you start to realize that it's out of your hands and that if God has brought you this far what makes you think He won't continue to give you direction.

In the song "One Way" it says in the bridge, "We live by faith and not by sight for You." Being a follower of Christ isn't always a straight and easy road. It has bumps and curves, sometimes sharp curves. When we come to the bumps and curves of life, Jesus asks us to trust Him; to live by faith and not by sight. When we start to practice this, it starts to become stronger in our life which will lead to a stronger relationship with Christ.
